Cancellation Policy

- All cancellations require 48 hours notice, cancel within 48 hours notice for a full refund. Any cancellations within the 48 hour period will still require payment unless exceptional circumstances based on my discretion - I reserve the right to cancel appointments based on personal circumstances in which full refunds will be given, further appointments can be rearranged at a later date - I reserve the right to cancel and refuse further service if i decide that our services are unsuitable for you, your family or your dog, or if our Welfare and Ethical Guidelines are not adhered to, this is based on my own discretion. - I am not responsible for your dogs behaviour either within or outside of our sessions, your dogs safety and the safety of those around you is your responsibility at all times, any damage to people or property is your responsibility and third party insurance is recommended. - By booking with us you give permission for any photography, audio or video recordings made during our sessions of you or your dog for the advertisement of our work and services to help educate others and to use for our marketing, promotions, social media or demonstrations. Photography, videos and images including minors will only be used with parental permission. - We cannot guarantee the outcome of our approach on your dogs behaviour, however we will always treat you and your dog with kindness and respect and work to the best of our ability and knowledge to help you and your dog to have a better understanding of eachother, improved relationship and a positive experience during our sessions.
